"full refund due to COVID-19"
Due to COVID-19 our international flights to Hawaii were cancelled, so we had to cancel our Hawaiian island hopping flights as well. Hawaiian offered to re-schedule the flights on their web page, but for us this didn't work because we can visit Hawaii in 2 years at the earliest.
So we called them up and a very friendly lady promised to refund the fare. Only a few days later the full amount was refunded. Other airlines promised to refund the flight fare within the next 6 months, so Hawaiian exceeded our expectations. Thank you.

"Good airline"
I always fly with hawaiin when I go to the islands. Always a good experience. Good food and wonderful flight attendance
